What's the Job?
- Assist customers in resolving technical support issues related to hardware, software, peripherals, and user account management.
- Perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of desktop platforms, operating systems, and software applications.
- Provide phone support to users, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
- Document technical issues and resolutions accurately in ticketing systems.
- Support the deployment and imaging of PCs, ensuring standardization and efficiency.
- 2-5 years of experience in Service Desk & IT/Desktop Support roles.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, OS, and software issues.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with ITSM/ticketing systems such as Cherwell is a plus.
- Experience writing technical and user documentation is desirable.
