What's the Job?
- Support technical delivery and Agile execution within the banking domain, focusing on data technology solutions and requirements design.
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for banking and data technology initiatives.
- Support technical delivery teams by translating business needs into actionable specifications.
- Create and maintain JIRA boards, user stories, and acceptance criteria to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design solutions aligned with business objectives and participate in Agile ceremonies such as PI Planning and Sprint Reviews.
- Proficiency in Agile tools, especially JIRA, for project tracking and documentation.
- Understanding of banking domain and data technology constructs.
- Experience supporting technical delivery within an Agile environment, preferably Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
- Strong analytical, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of data technologies such as SQL, data modeling, and metadata management.
