Job Title: Internal Audit Manager

What's the Job?
- Perform walkthroughs to validate controls design for IT General Controls (ITGC)
- Conduct ITGC controls testing to evaluate operational effectiveness
- Test and validate key reports, including last modification dates and system configurations, obtaining necessary support and approvals
- Identify control gaps and deficiencies during testing, analyze root causes, and collaborate with management to develop remediation plans
- Assist the Director with external auditor coordination and participate in other internal audit initiatives as needed
- 8 years of experience in Internal Audit, Compliance, or External Audit (Big 4 or national consulting firm experience is a plus)
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and integrity in performing assignments
- Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
- Prior experience using SOX tools such as Auditboard (now Optro) is advantageous
