What's the Job?
- Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspection of purchased materials, components, and products.
- Read and interpret drawings and basic Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).
- Operate microscopes with magnification up to 30x for detailed inspection.
- Record inspection and test data accurately following documented procedures.
- Support First Article Inspection (FAI) and Gauge Repeatability & Reproducibility (GR&R) activities in a regulated FDA/ISO 13485 environment.
- 2-5 years of experience using calipers, micrometers, and gages.
- Strong visual and optical inspection skills.
- Experience operating Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM).
- Solid blueprint reading capabilities.
- Excellent documentation practices and attention to detail.
- Engage in meaningful quality assurance activities supporting critical medical devices.
