What's the Job?
- Assist with onboarding activities and recruitment coordination to ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Support HR initiatives and engagement activities; co-lead the Engagement Committee and organize site events.
- Maintain employee files, prepare HR correspondence, and manage I-9 documentation.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions and support payroll activities as needed.
- Coordinate logistics for VIP visits, office readiness, and manage day-of event logistics to ensure seamless operations.
- Experience with HR systems, especially payroll-related functionalities such as Kronos, is strongly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to handle employee inquiries professionally.
- Ability to manage or support large-scale engagement initiatives and cross-functional groups.
- High attention to detail and comfort with process-driven work.
- Previous experience in office administration or HR support roles is advantageous.
