Our client, a leading organization in the finance and business analysis sector, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst III to join their dynamic team. As a key member of the Finance Department supporting various operational and strategic initiatives, you will play a vital role in driving financial insights and supporting decision-making processes. What's the Job?

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance, cost, profitability, and trend analysis to identify key drivers of financial performance.
• Assist in developing and monitoring budgets and forecasts, collaborating with partners to gather accurate data.
• Prepare timely and accurate financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and internal policies.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements and cost reductions by analyzing workflow and operational data.
• Develop financial models to support business planning, scenario analysis, and investment decisions, providing actionable recommendations.
  
  
  

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or Accounting.
• 3 years of strong analytical experience in financial planning and business analysis.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, including Vlookups and pivot tables.
• Experience with financial systems such as PLN, HFM, SAP, SQL, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
