What's the Job?
- Support the preparation of financial statements, insurance industry financial reports, and tax filings
- Research and interpret complex accounting guidance on investment and financial issues
- Perform a variety of accounting tasks including data analysis and input into accounting software
- Prepare monthly reconciliations and analyze variances to ensure accuracy
- Assist in the preparation of schedules for internal and external audits
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting or financial analysis
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA certification is required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with accounting software and financial reporting tools
- Hands-on experience in investment accounting and financial reporting
