What's the Job?
- Provide on-site technical support for desktop and laptop systems, including configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Assist users with hardware and software issues, ensuring high standards of customer service and technical excellence.
- Support conference room technology such as projectors, display screens, telephony equipment, and conferencing tools like Teams and Zoom.
- Maintain security protocols, including password management, data integrity, and file system security.
- Document technical issues and resolutions accurately in the incident management system and communicate effectively with team members and users.
What's Needed?
- Experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting desktop and laptop systems, including system imaging processes.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, flexibility, and effective time management.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to interact confidently with users and team members.
- Proficiency supporting Windows 7, 10, 11, and Mac OS, including mobile platforms like iOS and Android.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, password security, data integrity, and file system security, including experience with Bitlocker.
