What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager position at FIELD TECH SERVICES LTD?
What We’re Looking For
- 8 years of talent acquisition experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or player-coach capacity managing recruiting teams.
- Proven track record recruiting for enterprise SaaS, AI,ML, or deep-tech companies—comfortable hiring across engineering, product, and go-to-market functions.
- Hands-on experience with modern ATS platforms and AI-powered recruiting tools.
- Strong comfort level with AI and automation in recruiting—not just using tools, but evaluating and driving adoption of new technology.
- Experience managing and developing remote or distributed recruiting teams across time zones.
- Data-driven mindset with experience building recruiting dashboards and using metrics to inform strategy.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and advise senior leaders.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to move fluidly between strategic planning and hands-on execution.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to travel to the Menlo Park, CA office a few times per month for onsite collaboration and candidate interviews.
