The Executive Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative support to senior leadership, including General Managers (GMs). This role involves managing complex schedules, coordinating travel, supporting team operations, and handling various administrative and project-based tasks.
Experience
Candidate Requirements
- 5–7 years of overall administrative experience
- Experience supporting GM-level or senior executives preferred
- Background in large, matrixed organizations is a plus
- High school diploma or GED required
- Lack of relevant experience
- Frequent job hopping
- Executive Support: Minimum 2 years supporting GM-level or higher executives
- Calendar Management: Minimum 3 years managing multiple executive calendars
- Travel & Expenses: Minimum 3 years booking travel and processing expenses
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Data tracking and management (Excel proficiency required)
- Experience creating Purchase Orders (POs)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong organizational and confidentiality skills
- Manage calendars, meetings, and executive schedules
- Coordinate travel arrangements and process expense reports
- Prepare reports, memos, and other documentation
- Maintain records and filing systems
- Track and manage team projects and deliverables
- Order supplies and support onboarding logistics
- Document meetings and provide detailed notes
- Support team events and operations
