What's the Job?
- Develop and manage comprehensive event and exhibition plans, including in-person and digital formats
- Coordinate all aspects of events such as site selection, contract negotiations, and promotional activities
- Collaborate with external agencies and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution
- Oversee logistics including transportation, catering, audiovisual support, and materials shipping
- Review sponsorship opportunities to enhance company exposure and engagement
- At least 4 years of experience in marketing communications, event planning, or related fields
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Experience within the hospitality and trade show industry preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
