What's the Job?
- Own and manage the enterprise transformation roadmap, ensuring alignment across all initiatives within the Bird Comeback Plan.
- Define and enforce planning standards, including objectives, milestones, timelines, and success metrics for each initiative.
- Lead the transformation operating cadence, facilitating regular updates and progress reports from initiative leaders.
- Identify cross-functional dependencies and proactively surface risks, delays, or scope gaps, recommending mitigation strategies.
- Develop and maintain tools, templates, and systems that enhance visibility, accountability, and execution discipline across projects.
- 3-5 years of experience in consulting, project management, transformation, or strategy roles.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially with senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and experience with project management software such as Monday, Smartsheet, or Airtable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a structured approach to work.
