Job Title: Microsoft Endpoint Engineer

What’s the Job?
- Perform inventory and health checks of existing SCCM infrastructure. Assist with SCCM upgrade and validation activities
- Repackage existing apps for Intune and validate installation success. Enroll and configure pilot devices (Windows and iPadOS)
- Support app packaging: silent installs, detection rules, uninstall scripts. Execute pilot testing for co-managed workloads and Autopilot
- Deploy profiles, apps, and compliance policies via Intune. Troubleshoot device enrollment, provisioning, and user access issues.
- Strong hands-on experience with Intune, SCCM, and Microsoft Endpoint Manager
- Proficiency in application packaging and deployment
- Familiarity with Autopilot, Azure AD join, and iPadOS device management
- Detail-oriented with strong execution and troubleshooting capabilities
