Delta Faucet Company is seeking an experienced Endpoint Technology Engineer to support, enhance, and lead our endpoint infrastructure. In this role, you’ll design, implement, and optimize endpoint solutions that elevate security, efficiency, performance, and user experience. You’ll also provide executive-level support and contribute to the strategic development of our endpoint management maturity.
Key Responsibilities
- Endpoint Technology Management: Configure, deploy, and administer endpoint technologies, including operating systems, application deployments/upgrades, security tools, and management solutions.
- Endpoint & Executive Support: Provide high-quality support and maintenance for endpoint devices, including printers, AV equipment, and applications; support executive users and be available for on-call needs as required.
- Strategy & Delivery: Contribute to endpoint technology roadmaps, define hardware/software standards, maintain SLAs, and develop new support initiatives. Collaborate with vendors to enhance quality and capacity.
- Incident & Problem Management: Ensure timely issue resolution, lead critical incident responses, and perform root cause analysis to drive continuous improvement.
- Documentation & Knowledge Management: Create and maintain solution documentation, SOPs, and work instructions to ensure process consistency.
- Process Improvement: Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance endpoint performance, user experience, and team efficiency.
- Training: Onboard new team members and conduct training for IT and business teams to strengthen endpoint knowledge and best practices.
- 3 years of experience in an endpoint or desktop engineering role.
- Strong technical proficiency in O365, Windows OS, macOS, desktop applications, computer hardware, and related endpoint technologies.
- Experience with enterprise imaging, endpoint deployment, and application packaging.
- Expertise in PowerShell scripting.
- Working knowledge of Windows Server, TCP/IP, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM), Intune, and endpoint virtualization platforms.
- Experience supporting executive staff with professionalism and discretion.
- Certifications:
- ITIL Foundation or similar IT Service Management certification.
- Relevant technical certifications such as CompTIA A , Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop/Endpoint Administrator Associate, or Apple Certified Support Professional.
