Your Role at Delta Faucet

As the Sr. Director of Strategic IT Value Realization & M&A Integration, you will play a pivotal role in shaping DFC’s digital and strategic future. This leadership role will drive measurable business value from technology investments and lead the seamless integration of acquired organizations. You will partner with executive and senior leadership team members to unlock synergies, accelerate growth, and ensure every IT initiative contributes to a sustainable competitive advantage.

Responsibilities

M&A Integration Leadership

  • Develop and execute comprehensive IT integration strategies that align with deal thesis and enterprise objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional integration efforts across IT to ensure speed, efficiency, and alignment.
  • Proactively identify risks and dependencies across integration workstreams and drive timely resolutions.

Strategic Value Realization

  • Define and operationalize frameworks that measure the tangible business value of IT investments.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs for synergy realization, cost optimization, and revenue acceleration post-integration.
  • Partner with executive and senior leadership team members to ensure IT initiatives directly enable business growth, efficiency, and innovation.

Change Management & Executive Communication

  • Champion organizational alignment through transparent communication and proactive change leadership.
  • Serve as a visible, trusted leader who articulates the vision, progress, and value of integration efforts to stakeholders at all levels.

Governance & Leadership

  • Lead the M&A IT Integration Steering Committee and ensure disciplined governance of timelines, budgets, and decisions.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing team that thrives on collaboration, accountability, and results.
  • Serve as the single point of accountability for IT value realization and integration outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field required; Master’s degree (e.g., MBA) preferred.
  • 10 years of progressive IT leadership, with a strong track record in M&A integration, transformation, and value realization. Experience within technology or infrastructure industries strongly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of synergy modeling, ROI, TCO, and post-deal performance tracking.
  • Proven ability to inspire, influence, and execute across cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable insights.
  • Certifications: PMP, or equivalent program management credentials preferred.

Hiring Range: $141,900.00 - $222,860.00
