Job Title: End User Support Analyst
Location: Ashburn VA, MD, Dallas, TX, NJ,
- Working Model: Hybrid- 2 days a week initially
- Respond to review, research, and establish requests using provided data and tools
- Assist with CLE review, updates, and duplicate cleanups to ensure data accuracy per customer
- Review requirements, test, and accept new application functionalities
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email as necessary
- Support system testing during evenings and weekends as required
- Strong ability to manually review data across multiple sources and identify connections
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Ability to quickly learn new tools and work effectively within a team
- Capability to work under tight deadlines and meet or exceed SLAs
