- Monitor and facilitate communication within work order systems to ensure timely task completion.
- Conduct non-technical safety inspections of equipment and upload results into tracking systems.
- Manage safety training records and coordinate certification renewals with leadership.
- Generate and distribute physical PIT Operator licenses to supervisors.
- Perform periodic inspections of safety supplies and restock as needed.
- 1-4 years of prior administrative experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across all organizational levels.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
