- Create sanitation operating instructions, manuals, and assembly instructions to support sanitation and production teams in completing cleaning tasks efficiently.
- Gather information through research, statistical reports, and interviews with technical staff to develop accurate documentation.
- Translate business specifications into clear, user-friendly documentation for various audiences.
- Develop and maintain document flow diagrams and user-training materials to enhance operational understanding.
- Ensure all documentation adheres to quality standards and supports continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Associate's Degree is required; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
- 1 - 5 years of related documentation experience, preferably within manufacturing environments.
- Excellent technical writing skills with the ability to review documents for grammar, content, and style.
- Proficiency in Excel and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
