- Translate enterprise end-user computing strategies into secure, high-performing endpoint and virtual workplace platforms.
- Lead the design, standards, and modernization efforts for Windows, macOS, VDI, and endpoint management platforms.
- Drive initiatives such as OS upgrades, cloud-first endpoint management, and automation to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
- Serve as the senior escalation point for complex endpoint issues, guiding root cause analysis and long-term solutions.
- Oversee large-scale desktop projects including OS migrations, hardware refreshes, and platform rollouts, ensuring cross-team collaboration and stakeholder alignment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, with 10 years of IT engineering experience.
- Extensive hands-on knowledge of Windows and macOS in large enterprise environments, including deployment and lifecycle management.
- Expertise with endpoint management tools such as Workspace ONE, Microsoft SCCM/MECM, and Microsoft Intune.
- Strong understanding of virtual desktop technologies like Citrix, VMware Horizon, or Azure Virtual Desktop.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python for automation and support of zero-touch provisioning.
