What’s the Job?
- Lead and manage medium‑to‑large, cross‑functional technology programs focused on business transformation and measurable value realization
- Partner with business and technology leaders to define outcomes‑based program roadmaps, scope, requirements, and success metrics
- Coordinate delivery across software development, business owners, security teams, data teams, and external partners
- Ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope and budget, with clearly communicated milestones and dependencies
- Measure and report on program performance, manage change control, and maintain comprehensive program documentation
- 8 years of experience managing large‑scale technology programs with ownership across scope, schedule, budget, and quality
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field (or equivalent experience)
- PMP certification required
- Experience leading AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI‑driven initiatives, including multi‑year transformation programs
- Strong working knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies and program management tools such as JIRA
