What's the Job?
- Assist with managing the lifecycle of computer assets, including receiving, storing, tracking, and disposing of desktop hardware and peripherals.
- Support daily operations such as processing shipments, receiving new hardware, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Update and track asset information in ServiceNow (SNOW), Excel, and other inventory management systems..
- Maintain data quality and perform secure disposal of end-of-life assets.
- Safely package outbound equipment and create shipping labels for asset dispatch.
- Perform physical inventory data reconciliation, asset organization, and secure data deletion prior to disposal.
- 2-4 years of experience, technical experience with desktop support, inventory operations, and asset management preferred.
- Experience with inventory operations and data management tools such as ServiceNow and Excel (preferred).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliability, consistency, and punctuality in work habits.
