- Devising and executing solutions for workstation hardware and software issues
- Assisting with the installation and support of new and upgraded hardware and software
- Ensuring the integrity and optimal operation of hardware and software systems
- Recommending, implementing, and documenting new hardware and software solutions to enhance user experience
- Managing software inventory, licensing, and creating policies for upgrades
- Bachelor's Degree in a computer-related field
- Three to five years of experience supporting PC and laptop hardware and software
- Extensive knowledge of desktop hardware, software applications, operating systems, and network connectivity
- Customer service-oriented with proactive problem-solving skills
- Professional certifications such as HDI, CompTIA, or Microsoft certifications are preferred
