What's the Job?
- Maintain platform stability by troubleshooting and diagnosing database issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and ensure accurate implementation.
- Develop and optimize data transformation processes, data structures, and metadata management.
- Document deployment, maintenance, and support procedures to ensure smooth operations.
- Mentor junior team members and promote best practices in CI/CD and automation.
- Strong expertise in Oracle database management and troubleshooting SQL performance issues.
- Experience with Cassandra, CQL, and DataStax tools.
- Knowledge of Oracle GoldenGate replication technology and DataStage is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and SDLC processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a detail-oriented approach.
