- Conduct reviews of annotations or data collections to determine the quality and importance of data
- Consistently apply quality methodology, guidelines, and rubric when labeling and annotating large data sets
- Utilize in-house data labeling platforms for annotation tasks while managing multiple concurrent projects
- Become a subject matter expert and thought leader on your workflow
- Identify errors and trends, and report findings to stakeholders for continuous improvement
- Bachelor's degree in technology, behavioral science, or related fields such as psychology, statistics, or information systems
- Ability to follow instructions and guidelines meticulously while proposing solutions for inefficiencies
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with experience working with cross-functional teams
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks without compromising quality
- Self-motivation and independence in managing workload and responsibilities
