Job Title:Data Center Hardware Technician

What's the Job?
- Maintain the hardware infrastructure of the latest cloud computing server technologies.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues, quickly identifying causes and performing break-fix repairs on faulty components.
- Prepare, stage, set up, and perform startups and shutdowns of IT equipment, following specific instructions and safety protocols.
- Conduct post-execution quality checks to ensure proper grounding, staging, labeling, and cabling.
- Decommission hardware for system refreshes, including memory upgrades and OS rebuilds.
- Knowledge of computer hardware, servers, and components.
- IT troubleshooting and networking experience.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Data center experience preferred.
- Previous experience with computer repair roles helpful
- Certifications such as CompTIA A or Server preferred.
