- Manage, migrate, and update SQL databases, including creating relationships, indexes, and handling backend data operations.
- Design and develop dashboards, KPIs, and automated reports using Power BI and Excel.
- Connect multiple systems via APIs and automate data feeds for seamless data integration.
- Design interactive forms and data collection tools using Microsoft Forms, Power Apps, and Adobe Forms.
- Identify inefficiencies in manual processes and develop automated, streamlined solutions to improve business operations.
- Proficiency in SQL Server management, data migration, and backend data operations.
- Experience with Power BI, Excel (including macros/VBA), and data visualization techniques.
- Knowledge of data integration via APIs and experience with process automation tools like Power Automate.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather requirements, document workflows, and create functional specifications.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with multiple departments and external vendors.
