Data Analyst

Our client, a leading organization in the public health sector, is seeking a Data Analyst to join their team. As a Data Analyst, you will be part of the Data Management Department supporting various operational and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and effective communication, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Manage, migrate, and update SQL databases, including creating relationships, indexes, and handling backend data operations.
• Design and develop dashboards, KPIs, and automated reports using Power BI and Excel.
• Connect multiple systems via APIs and automate data feeds for seamless data integration.
• Design interactive forms and data collection tools using Microsoft Forms, Power Apps, and Adobe Forms.
• Identify inefficiencies in manual processes and develop automated, streamlined solutions to improve business operations.
  
  
  

What's Needed?

• Proficiency in SQL Server management, data migration, and backend data operations.
• Experience with Power BI, Excel (including macros/VBA), and data visualization techniques.
• Knowledge of data integration via APIs and experience with process automation tools like Power Automate.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather requirements, document workflows, and create functional specifications.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with multiple departments and external vendors.
