What's the Job?
- Research and match customers across various data sources to ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Un-merge customer groups with discrepancies to maintain data integrity
- Manage and update account hierarchies and segmentations for improved data organization
- Validate and assign customer types using AI tools to streamline data classification
- Investigate and resolve data issues submitted by the sales team, supporting business-critical projects
- At least 2 years of experience in data stewardship, data governance, or related roles
- Proficiency with Salesforce, SAP, and data analytics tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams
- Educational background in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or equivalent experience
