What's the Job?
- Perform complex data analysis across large, structured datasets to support data governance initiatives
- Write and optimize SQL queries, with a preference for Teradata SQL, to ensure efficient data retrieval and manipulation
- Conduct data profiling to identify anomalies, gaps, and inconsistencies within enterprise data sources
- Support data quality and validation efforts, ensuring data integrity and compliance with organizational standards
- Partner with data governance teams to maintain metadata documentation and support data mapping activities
- Strong experience using Teradata SQL or other relational database systems such as Oracle or SQL Server
- Proven background in complex data analysis and data validation techniques
- Hands-on experience with data governance, data quality management, and metadata management
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team environment
