- Ensure compliance with EHS and GMP standards and support audit readiness
- Act as a change agent to drive engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Partner with leadership and frontline teams to support training and OpEx initiatives
- 1–5 years of experience in Manufacturing, Operations, or Continuous Improvement
- Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or OpEx methodologies preferred
- GMP or regulated environment experience is a plus
- Hands-on and comfortable in a floor-based role
- Strong communicator with the ability to influence and motivate
- Energetic, organized, and detail-oriented
- Demonstrates ownership and continuous improvement mindset
