What's the Job?
- Support and manage a variety of water infrastructure projects, including planning, design, permitting, inspection, and construction administration for water treatment, distribution, and storage systems.
- Contribute to sanitary sewer collection and conveyance projects, including planning, design, and permitting for pump stations, collection, conveyance, and treatment facilities.
- Perform hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, stormwater planning, and drainage design, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Engage with regulatory agencies, interpret regulations, and prepare feasibility studies, drawings, specifications, and reports.
- Mentor junior staff, oversee project efforts, and develop new client relationships to foster business growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Civil, Environmental, or related discipline).
- 4 years of professional experience in engineering, with a focus on design projects.
- PE license in Delaware and/or Maryland is required.
- Experience with land development and infrastructure improvement projects, especially public works infrastructure and wet utilities, is a plus.
- Proficiency with engineering tools such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, HydroCAD, OpenFlows StormCAD, WaterGEMS, SewerGEMS, ArcGIS, and HEC-RAS, along with Microsoft Office 365 applications.
