What's the Job?
- Lead the deployment, execution, and sustainment of Operational Excellence initiatives across the plant.
- Coach teams, oversee CI workstreams, and drive daily issue resolution to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people development.
- Facilitate Kaizen events and deploy Lean/CI tools to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Utilize data and Gemba insights to conduct structured loss analysis and teach problem-solving methodologies such as RCA, A3, 5-Why, Fishbone, PDCA, and DMAIC.
- Develop and implement clear plans for CI projects, track progress, and validate cost savings with cross-functional partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of manufacturing experience with 3–5 years leading TPM, Lean, or Six Sigma initiatives.
- 2 years of leadership or people-management experience.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable CI results with financial impact.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and influence skills at all organizational levels.
