Cash Management Operations Analyst

Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cash Management Operations Analyst to join their team. As a Cash Management Operations Analyst, you will be an integral part of the Cash Management Department supporting customer service and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title:Cash Management Operations Analyst

Location:Los Angeles, CA

Pay Range: $35 - 41/hr

What's the Job?

• Perform operational support duties for the Cash Management Department to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Provide WebEx product training to customers and Bank personnel on cash management products and services.
• Assist with user testing for upgrades and new product development to enhance service offerings.
• Support customer setups, monitor product usage, and resolve system issues within authorized limits.
• Coordinate and support audits and examinations, ensuring compliance and accuracy in all processes.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to provide clear training and support to clients and team members.
• Technical aptitude to assist with system testing and troubleshooting.
• Experience in customer service or operational support within a financial environment is preferred.
