The Cash Management Specialist (Operations Analyst) is responsible for providing operational support for the Cash Management Department.
- Provide WebEx product training to customers and bank personnel on the features and benefits of cash management products and services.
- Assist with user testing for system upgrades and new product development initiatives.
- Deliver professional, technical, and general support to customers and bank personnel using Cash Management Online Banking services.
- Perform customer setups, monitor product utilization and system operations, and resolve issues within established authority levels.
- Coordinate and support internal and external audits and examinations.
- Perform routine daily operational tasks, review reports, prepare correspondence, and participate in special departmental projects.
