- Handle inquiries related to dormant/inactive bank accounts and uncashed checks, ensuring cases are managed through full resolution.
- Research property status across multiple systems to provide accurate and timely responses.
- Communicate professionally through written correspondence via email and letter.
- Manage a caseload efficiently, prioritizing cases based on urgency and volume.
- Participate in training sessions, including classroom instruction and on-the-job learning, to develop expertise in case management processes.
- Previous experience in end-to-end case management or customer service roles.
- Knowledge of banking processes, such as check cashing or written checks, is preferred.
- Strong written communication skills and professionalism in correspondence.
- Ability to navigate multiple systems and manage caseloads effectively.
