What's the Job?
- Complete calibrations, qualifications, and preventive maintenance with accurate GxP documentation.
- Work in an FDA regulated environment, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Perform troubleshooting and provide effective solutions to client needs.
- Manage small projects and supervise technicians on those projects.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service.
- A two-year degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in metrology, instrumentation, or calibration within a pharmaceutical environment.
- Understanding of calibration concepts, including accuracy testing and traceability.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions within the defined scope of work.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with clients at all levels.
