- Perform analysis, design, implementation, and support of business applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across all business functions to align technology solutions with strategic goals.
- Gather requirements from business units and translate them into technical specifications for developers.
- Prepare cost-benefit and ROI analyses to support system implementation decisions.
- Support complex business processes and work on multiple projects as part of project teams.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related technical field.
- Data analysis and ETL analysis experience (such as data modeling, Informatica, SnapLogic, or other data analysis experience)
- Adobe Campaign V7 or V8 experience
- Adobe product experience (Adobe Experience Cloud such as AEP, FAC, Campaign or Analytics)
- Manual testing experience including developing test plans and test cases
- Basic knowledge of programming languages to understand code and functions.
