What's the Job?
- Review incoming requests from a shared queue to ensure timely processing
- Log requests and track progress to maintain accurate records
- Provide status updates as tasks move through completion stages
- Complete registration clean-up activities and handle additional registration requests
- Manage terminations related to customer offboarding processes
- Strong organizational and task management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet SLAs
- Proficiency in Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, and other basic Microsoft applications
- Excellent written communication skills with clear documentation
- Experience with payment networks or merchant services is preferred
