- Participate in low to moderately complex initiatives to improve business processes within Business Execution.
- Review and analyze tactical assignments, conducting research and evaluating alternatives for low-to-medium risk deliverables.
- Present recommendations for resolving operational challenges, exercising independent judgment while adhering to policies and compliance standards.
- Provide clear and concise information to client personnel regarding business execution activities.
- Support process improvements and identify opportunities for efficiency enhancements.
- At least 2 years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or equivalent experience through work, training, military service, or education.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate and recommend solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced environment.
