What's the Job?
- Oversee the lifecycle management of biomedical assets from procurement to decommissioning
- Manage preventative maintenance schedules and corrective work orders using Accruent (TMS/Connectiv)
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations such as Joint Commission and FDA standards through meticulous documentation
- Perform physical audits and tagging of biomedical and imaging equipment to reconcile with digital records
- Create reports analyzing equipment uptime, maintenance costs, and replacement cycles for leadership review
- At least 3 years of experience in healthcare technology management or biomedical asset coordination
- Hands-on experience with Accruent (TMS, Connectiv, or Maintenance Connection) software
- Strong analytical skills to interpret equipment data and improve operational efficiency
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
