AI Product Program Manager

Our client, a leading organization in the entertainment and toy industry, is seeking an AI Product Program Manager to join their team. As an AI Product Program Manager, you will be part of the Innovation and Technology Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Oversee the planning, development, and tracking of AI projects portfolio to ensure strategic alignment and value delivery.
• Collaborate with business units to understand their needs and prioritize AI use cases through ideation sessions and hackathons.
• Lead the end-to-end implementation of global AI systems, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Manage program budgets and optimize resource utilization across project phases to ensure cost efficiency.
  
  
  

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or relevant certifications preferred.
• 10 - 15 years of experience in IT program management, with a focus on SaaS Cloud implementations.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Trello, and familiarity with Jira Align and Agile practices.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements related to AI systems and success in leading large-scale AI projects.
• Strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills (written and verbal).
