- Oversee the planning, development, and tracking of AI projects portfolio to ensure strategic alignment and value delivery.
- Collaborate with business units to understand their needs and prioritize AI use cases through ideation sessions and hackathons.
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of global AI systems, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Manage program budgets and optimize resource utilization across project phases to ensure cost efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or relevant certifications preferred.
- 10 - 15 years of experience in IT program management, with a focus on SaaS Cloud implementations.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Trello, and familiarity with Jira Align and Agile practices.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements related to AI systems and success in leading large-scale AI projects.
- Strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills (written and verbal).
