Resource's Typical Day-to-Day Tasks:
- Managing requisitions
- Proactively building candidate pipelines
- Assessing candidate qualifications
- Conducting phone screens
- Presenting candidates to hiring managers
- Following the recruitment process, including proper use of the ATS and accurate candidate dispositioning
- Experience in sourcing and recruiting
- Proven ability to build and manage stakeholder relationships
- Communication and collaboration skills
- 3-5 years of Recruiting/Sourcing experience
- Microsoft (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- ATS: Avature but not required (must have some ATS experience)
