The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports the recruitment and hiring process by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and maintaining recruiting systems to ensure a seamless hiring experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams
- Manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases
- Post job openings across job boards, company websites, and social media platforms
- Assist with resume screening, candidate outreach, and interview logistics
- Coordinate candidate travel, assessments, background checks, and onboarding activities
- Support new hire orientation and I-9 verification processes
- Manage shared recruiting inboxes and resolve scheduling conflicts promptly
- Track recruiting metrics and assist with reporting and analytics
- Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams to support hiring initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws
- Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Qualifications
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- 2–5 years of administrative, recruiting coordination, or HR support experience
- Experience supporting multiple managers or business units preferred
- Prior talent acquisition, HR, or executive support experience is a plus
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information professionally
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
