Job Title: Consultant - Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Location: Plainsboro, NJ - Hybrid – onsite and remote
Hours: 40 Monday-Friday
Type: Contract
Compensation: $40-$45/hr
Responsibilities
- Provide tactical support to the Talent Acquisition team, including managing interview schedules and candidate communications
- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers, HR leadership, and candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Coordinate virtual and in-person interviews, including travel arrangements when necessary
- Partner with HR and TA teams on reporting, metrics, and process improvement initiatives
- Manage background checks using HireRight or equivalent systems
- Draft and send HR and recruiting correspondence to applicants and hiring managers
- Assist with administrative duties supporting HR functions and coordinate meetings and events as needed
Requirements
- Strong administrative and organizational skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- 2 years of project management, administrative, or scheduling experience in a professional environment
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience with ATS systems such as Workday is a plus
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships and demonstrate team-oriented attitude
