- Champion the execution of company-wide programs and strategic objectives by crafting action plans, motivating district and site managers, and guiding implementation to achieve operational and organizational goals.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels, labor budgets, expense controls, and profit margins across all districts to ensure maximum profitability.
- Enforce compliance with safety and security protocols, including the reporting of hazards and proper use of equipment and materials.
- Uphold all company policies, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
- Foster a respectful, harassment-free workplace by ensuring all locations adhere to the company's Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) policy.
- Act as an innovative leader in operations, assessing and rolling out new concepts within the region.
- Leverage available tools to streamline communications, exercising judgment to prioritize information shared with site teams.
- Mentor and supervise direct reports, conducting performance evaluations and delivering constructive feedback.
- Oversee the daily operations of multiple sites within the region, adapting to the unique needs of drive-thru beverage and express service operations.
- Design and deploy operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency, productivity, and guest satisfaction.
- Recruit, train, and develop district and site managers to build high-performing teams.
- Ensure full adherence to company standards, legal requirements, and industry-specific regulations (e.g., food safety for beverage operations and environmental guidelines for service operations).
- Review performance data to recommend enhancements that boost productivity, revenue, and customer loyalty.
QUALIFICATIONS:

- At least two years of experience in multi-unit operations management.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing budgets and teams in retail or service environments.
- Valid driver's license from the state of residence, with the ability to travel for meetings and site visits.
