What We’re Looking For
Our Client is seeking a high‑performing Co-Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, supervise staff, manage inventory, optimize merchandising, reduce shrink, and implement company policies, often filling in when the Store Manager is absent.
- Operational Leadership: Overseeing daily store operations, including opening/closing, food safety compliance, and maintaining store sanitation.
- Staff Management & Development: Hiring, training, scheduling, and mentoring employees to build a strong team.
- Financial Performance: Driving sales, managing labor costs, maintaining inventory levels, and implementing strategies to reduce waste.
- Merchandising & Sales: Ensuring high-quality merchandising, signage, and product assortment across departments like produce, meat, and bakery.
- Customer Experience: Serving as a visible leader on the sales floor to ensure excellent customer service and resolve issues.
- Lead merchandising and category strategies to grow sales, margin, and market share.
- Manage assortment, pricing, promotional planning, and vendor partnerships.
- Analyze sales trends and competitive data to optimize performance.
- Partner closely with Operations and Store Leadership to ensure flawless execution.
- Oversee inventory, shrink control initiatives, and supply chain efficiency.
- Support and educate store teams on programs, standards, and product knowledge.
