Our Client is seeking a high‑performing Meat Merchandiser / Meat Category Manager to lead the Meat & Seafood Category and elevate departmental performance across our stores. - Lead merchandising and category strategies to grow sales, margin, and market share.
- Manage assortment, pricing, promotional planning, and vendor partnerships.
- Analyze sales trends and competitive data to optimize performance.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure best‑in‑class cost, quality, and supply.
- Partner closely with Operations and Store Leadership to ensure flawless execution.
- Oversee inventory, shrink control initiatives, and supply chain efficiency.
- Support and educate store teams on programs, standards, and product knowledge.
- Develop long‑term category vision and seasonal planning strategies.
