What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the Superintendent with schedule management and cost control
- Coordinating subcontractors and overseeing on-site operations
- Maintaining documentation (permits, drawings, subcontracts)
- Enforcing safety and code compliance
- Building strong relationships with ownership teams, inspectors, and trades
- 3 years of field experience in construction (must be with a GC or Developer)
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or relevant experience
- Proficiency with construction tech – Procore, Bluebeam, Navisworks a plus
- Solid understanding of building codes and safety standards
