This hybrid position (approximately 20 hours per week) combines executive-level administrative support with light social media management and event coordination. Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and prepare agendas and materials
- Support board and leadership meetings, including scheduling, logistics, and note-taking
- Draft, edit, and format correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Maintain organized digital filing systems and shared documents (Google Workspace, Dropbox, etc.)
- Track and reconcile expenses; assist with light bookkeeping and vendor coordination.
- Coordinate events and community engagements, including logistics and communications.
- Manage light social media activity — draft posts, share organizational updates, highlight events or partner initiatives, and ensure consistent online presence (primarily LinkedIn and Instagram)
- Conduct research on vendors, venues, and partnerships as needed
- Provide on-site or in-person meeting and event support in Boston as required
- Handle other administrative and project-based tasks as assigned

- Tech-savvy and comfortable with social media posting and project management tools

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
- 2 years of experience in executive or administrative support roles
- Familiarity with social media content creation or scheduling tools (LinkedIn, Instagram, Canva, or similar)
- Strong proficiency in Google Workspace, Zoom, and Asana (or similar tools)
- Comfortable working both remotely and in person in Boston as needed
Hours & Compensation
- Part-time, approximately 20 hours per week
- Hybrid role (Boston area candidates only)
- Compensation: $30–$35/hour, commensurate with experience
