What You Get To Do
- Work on a variety of projects across Vermont
- Oversee all field operations, including self-perform work and subcontractors
- Manage schedules, budgets, and quality control for large Multifamily and Healthcare projects
- Build strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners
- Ensure site safety and compliance with OSHA regulations
- Mentor, coach, and evaluate field staff to support professional growth
- 6 years of Superintendent experience (ideally with a General Contractor)
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and materials
- OSHA 30, CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proven leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
