Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and accurately document medications and treatments in compliance with policies and regulations.
- Assist physicians, nurse practitioners, and other medical staff with diagnostic procedures and treatments.
- Observe, assess, and document patients’ vital signs, symptoms, and overall condition, reporting changes promptly.
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with individualized care plans and physician orders.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment to support optimal patient care.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned, always upholding the highest standards of care.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Florida.
- Current CPR certification.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, or a similar healthcare setting.
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
